We provide with a bespoke solution to individual needs - therefore any agreed price will include a turnkey solution inclusive of specialist advice, design, sourcing, supply, delivery, installation and after sales on-site guarantee. We are aware that occasionally items may be purchased at a lower cost from alternative sources, however, we ensure that any work carried out for a customer is fit for purpose, for example, if the company advises a customer on a particular type of bath which upon installation the consumer is unable to use, then the company would remedy this without additional charge.

A wet room is a fully waterproofed bathroom, where the shower floor is the same level as the rest of the bathroom. The drain is built into the waterproofed floor so there is no need for a shower tray. A wet room is ideal for wheelchair users who have no or extremely limited mobility.
Yes. There is a 1 year warranty on any installation work we have carried out. Your products will also have a separate warranty attached to them.
